You should try for private colleges,you might have chances of getting addmission at it.

You cannot get top colleges at this rank.
Although you can get Tier3 College as mentioned below in a Pune region :

PK Technical Campus Pune
Indira gandhi College of Engineering
Genba Sopanrao Moze college of engineering
Jaywantrao Swant College of engineering
DY patil college of engineering
Sinhgad institute of technology.
