Hi, you can go to Canada for your bachelors and masters. In Canada the years for bachelors is 4 and masters 2. They also have joint programs for it and they take 5 years to complete. The fees on an average for a an undergraduate degree (Bachelors in India) is around 3 lakh to 13 lakh per year. For masters it goes up to 11 lakh per year. Also, you will have to give English proficiency test like IELTS and their fees is 14,700 INR. The cost can be out of budget but you do have scholarship and loan facilities.
