Yes you can. But the college you may get may not be of the same level as you may have got while studying in commerce and obtaining same percentage in both case. For instance in Delhi University colleges accept non-medical students too for their commerce course but the percentage of matks required for a non-medical student is exorbitently high due to normalisation policy. It may even go beyond 100 percent. It is quite unfavourable for a non-medical student.
