I have made a list of few colleges which had a cut off around 430 marks in 2018 under state quota for SC category. 

1. Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya. Cut off 380.

2. Darbhanga Medical College, cut off 400

3. Government Medical College, Bettiah. Cut off 370.

4. Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna. Cut off 406.

5. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur. cut off 380.

6. Nalanda Medical College and Hospital. Cut off 407

7. Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzaffarpur. Cut off 387.

8. Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences, Nalanda. Cut off 371.

These are the cut off marks for SC category in 2018. The cut off marks change every year therefore, can either increase or decrease by a certain number and not in a wide range. Therefore, looking at the last year's score, you have a chance of admission with 430 marks in any of the above colleges.
