NTSE applications for 2018-19 has been closed in October 2018. Now for 2019-20, new applications will be opened in August 2019. you will be able to apply if you will be full fill the NTSE eligibility criteria at the time of form filling.

Your question is not clear.

However, the upper aage limit for appearing in NTSE is 18 years. The candidate should have cleared 9th class with a minimum of 60 percentage to appear for the exam. Students in class 10th could appear for the NTSE exam. And students securing 80 percentage in state boards are eligible for the stage 2 exam if cleared stage 1.
