See actually in NEET examination almost all the subjects and chapters are somewhat important or the other so we cannot exactly say which are the important chapters and which aren't look you have to study each topic thoroughly and conceptually.See instead of important topics I would like to tell you to start studying as per weightage of marks of each subject and the number of questions see in biology we have 90 questions in the exam that is almost half paper comprises of biology so I would like to recommend you to study biology in such a good manner that you hardly lose any marks in it.
