There occurs no change in the syllabus of JEE Mains every year. In fact no change has been seen in the past 10 years or so.

The syllabus is based on the NCERT books. So once there are any updates in these books, the syllabus automatically changes accordingly.

The level of the exam has seen a rise in past 2-3 years in terms of Maths and Physics to maintain a proper standard and uniqueness.

While JEE Mains follows same syllabus as NCERT, JEE Advanced involves extra topics as well and that too with a deep insight to each conceptually
