You have not mentioned the name of examination which you are asking about. But this is probably regarding NEET since your profile shows you are a medical aspirant. Therefore, you have to carry the passport size photograph at the Examination center. A NEET candidate has to carry the following to examination centre:

• Admit Card
• Valid ID proof like Adhar card, PAN card et cetra
• Self declaration form
• Passport size photographs
