No dear , comedk results doesn't depend on board marks . Ranking solely depends on the entrance test, and not on class 12th marks. 

But board marks plays a role in making you eligible for ckmedk exam . To be eligible :-

• Candidates belonging to General category need to have passed their qualifying exam with at least 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates also need to have qualified in these subjects individually.

• For candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories of Karnataka State, they need to have 40% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. They also need to have qualified in these subjects individually.

Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Entrance Exam conduct own entrance test (COMEDK Entrance Exam) every year for admission to Medical, Dental and Engineering Courses in Professional Colleges within the State of Karnataka
