Dear Divya, thete have been reports of tevhnical problems during the final registration process. If the payment has been deducted from your Account, eventually you will be able to complete the final registration process. Try clearing the cache, browsing history, restart your system and try relogin. You might not be able to complete the registration immediately, eventually, you will be able to complete the process.
