Last year cut off for general candidates in Maharashtra under state quota was 400 at Shri Vasant Rao Naik Govt. Medical College, Yavatmal and under AIQ was 543 at Government Medical College, Latur, SH Vasant Rao Naik Government Medical College, Yavatamal, Swami Ramanand Tirth Rural Medical College, Ambajogai, and Government Medical College, Gondia.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a seat at 543 in general category. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
