As you have stated that you don't belong to Karnataka state so I would like to tell you that you can apply for government medical college under open seats as it is the only state which has open seats for students and talking about private colleges then I would like to tell you that you being a non Karnataka student have to apply under management quota for  a seat in private medical college of your choice.
