Hello dear,
Please try completing the payment process using a different Debit Card or Credit card like of SBI or ICICI or AXIS Bank.Try using the net banking .This problem arises sometimes when the gateway website cannot redirect to the merchant website (of AIIMS). Using an card of the banks mentioned above makes it easier since these are the popular ones.
