Some of top books for JEE Main preparation include NCERT Books.

However since jee advanced has higher difficulties we advise following additional books after NCERt books are prepared.

Physics by HC Verma and IE Irodov
Organic and Inorganic chemistry by OP Tandon and Marrison Boyd
Mathematics by RD sharma.
