Hi there,
I am sorry to say this but a merit of 179/720 is too less even in the OBC category reservation to get you into a government MBBS or BDS college through merit. These marks are almost just the qualifying marks needed for NEET 2019. And with your state quota too almost no college in UP close at so low marks which leaves AFMC far away. I'm sorry to say this again but these marks aren't enough to get a government seat through merit.
