If you've paid your registration fee and registered yourself, then wait for them to get back to you. Keep the fee receipt with yourself as it is a proof that you've registered yourself and paid the fees. Most of the colleges get back to you either through email or a phone call. If your college has any interview before admission then they'll get back to you with the interview date. You shouldn't be worried as they themselves will contact you regarding any further information.
