The basic thing in jayashankar is age limit should be bove 17 years for general and 25 years for st category students.

The rank should be between 2000 to 4000 and for payment seat rank should be below 10,000 ,hence they have 173 seats total for bsc agriculture .the seats are divided according to reservation for farmer students and rural students,

40% seats are given to farmer students owing atleast 3 acres land with their name or with parents with atleast 4 years of education in school of that area .
