In the first round of counselling, candidates will be given free exit meaning the refundable fees will be returned to the candidate if the seat is allotted or not allotted to the candidates and they can also participate in the further round of NEET PG 2019 counselling. After submitting the consent to participate in the second round of counselling, candidates will not be allowed to participate in any other round of counselling, if allotted a seat. The refundable tuition fee will be forfeited for such candidates if they do not accept the allotted seats.

after allotted the seat in the first round, You need to report to the allotted college, complete the formalities, you will be given the option:

Willingness for Upgradation in second round Yes/ No.
