Sir please tell me what are consequences if i cancel the seat in upcoming Al quota neet pg counselling??

All India Quota seats -In the first round of counselling, Candidates will be given free exit, It means, the refundable fees will be returned to the candidate if the seat is allotted or not allotted to the candidates, they can apply for the further rounds, but after participating for the second round counselling, If you are allotted the seat,The refundable tuition fee will be forfeited for such candidates if they do not accept the allotted seat.
