Hello sir,
After payment of application fee, a confirmation page will be generated and will also be sent to your registered mobile number and your email ID.

You are advised to take a printout of application form and preserve it for future reference. Generation of confirmation page will be an indicator that the application form of NEET 2018 has been successfully submitted.
