Dear Jone, unfortunately, CUSAT has no facility of correction window to edit the application forms for its entrance exam. You have toneither contact the helpdesk at admissions@cusat.ac.in or fill in a new application form all together. If you are mailing the helpdesk, please mention the subject line as 'Correction to the application form'.
