Government of Bihar implements various schemes through the Directorate of Social Security and Disability, Department of Social Welfare. Facilities and services are: Disability pension, Scholarship for Education, loan for self employment and higher education through NHFDC- Nodal agency, ADIP scheme as well as Mukhya Mantri Samarthaya Yojana. 

Depending on which entrance exam you give, there is a quota for you. The only eligiblity is that you need to have a 40% disability certificate stating the same. All colleges have this scheme
