Yes you can get in the colleges in Ap with that score. But I suggest you to opt for Telangana colleges as I hope your rank in telangana ecet is also good,because being an outsider you won't be able to get in the top 5 colleges in AP whereas you can get in to tope 5 colleges if you choose colleges from telangana.
