Yes definitely,As you have completed your 12th board from Tamil Nadu, you can definitely apply the admission in medical college in Tamil Nadu. You can apply for the following colleges-
1-American University of Antigua, Antigua
2-Christian Medical College, Vellore
3-Madras Medical College, Chennai
4-Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai
5-Stanley Medical College, Chennai
6-SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Chennai
