The candidates who have cleared NTSE stage 1 exam, need to participate in ntse second round. You can not participate in ntse stage 2, if you did not qualify the stage 1. You might have qualified but not selected because of more competition and more students above you. Now there is less chances for that they will release another list of names for candidates.
