You need to fill in the form that which year you've passed.

Hello,
Even if you are going to appear in improvement exam 2018 you have fill in bitsat form as "passed" (&in which year you passed 12th) because you are giving improvement exam since you are passed.For more details you can contact them through email or telephone.
