Since you haven't mentioned what state you belong to, I can't be too precise with the information. You need to mention what state quota is applicable to you.
Now for the Pwd category, the cut off generally remains under 3 lakhs. So you can aim for a rank of around 2-2.5 lakhs to be on the safer side.
