As you are looking for any Government colleges to pursue your degree in Electrical Engineering which is quite good decision as it is one of the oldest and reputed branch. So if you have set one target of Government college than surely you have to face a lot of competition because as we know that always student prefer Government colleges because of its higher scope in future but definitely if your preparation will be proper with a lots of efforts than definitely you can get in any of the good colleges of your interest so if you are aiming for JEE main exam than i would recommend you to keep your target at least above 90 percentile to 95 percentile because this is considered as a quite good score so it will be very helpful for you getting a good college.
