Based on the marks that you scored the cut off can only be predicted but cannot be confirmed as the cut off vary every year depending upon few factors

The authorities shall consider many factors such as difficulty level, available seats etc to decide the GATE cutoff for NITs. Below are the factors that played deciding role in determining the NITs GATE 2022 cutoff:

• Number of applicants for the specific course.

• Previous year’s cutoff trend.

• Difficulty level of GATE exam 2022 .

• Number of seats available for the course.

so with 35 marks in GATE 2022 in civil engineering it would be indeed difficult for you get NITs based on past few years cut off trends. However some low ranked NIT can be expected.
