If you are expecting 360 marks in uptu,  then it's not sure that you can be in government college's.  Around 360 marks the government  colleges is totally depends on the quota / category in which you lie. 

If you are a general category candidates, then its difficult to be in government college's of bpharm. If anyone from SC /ST category, then at that marks, he /she definitely be in good government college.
