Sorry to say but it is quite difficult for you to get admission in mbbs in EITHER KERALA OR AIQ quota.
As you are from general category there is tough competetion for MBBS SEATS in AIQ QUOTA because it is above 530 marks .
Even in kerala state cutoff for general category is above 550 marks .

At 465 marks you will get dental colleges in kerela and in AIQ .
