Yes you might get a government college under state quota. However chances are less. According to last year's cut off students having marks ranging between 470 - 570 got government colleges in UP (for obc category)

Rest I would suggest you to apply for both state quota and all India quota counselling.

In 2018, the MBBS cut-offs for Government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh were between 429 to 575 for OBC candidates under the 85% state quota. If the same trend continues, you have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.

The BDS cut-off for government dental colleges in UP was 525. If the same trend continues, you do not have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent dental college.

You are also eligible for private medical and dental colleges.
