Hey Deepika,

You should get the Residence Certificate From AP, which is issued by AP Government not by TS Government. If you have resided in the AP State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State Then you need to submit the Residence certificate from AP. And you need to  submit income certificate from TS Government issued. Anyways for the purpose of safety get the income certifcate even from the AP Government too!
