Dear Urooj,

You may get IIT MADRAS for ce-environment engineering. / water resources and hydraulic engineering.

You may get. IIT ROORKEE, in IIT BOMBAY you may get any specialisation of CE.

You may get IIT KANPUR, IIT BHU,IIT GUHAWATI, IIT GANDHINAGAR etc.
