I can't tell you exact marks but I'm given you a approx marks to get admission in Good NIT with CSE branch. You need to score more than 100 marks in JEE Mains to get TOP NITS with CSE branch. According to previous year cut/off of JEE Mains for GEN - PWD Category for getting good NIT with CSE Branch Your score is approx 100 or more than 100.

You having Gen-PWD reservation means your cutoff marks and competition both is less.. so, scoring decent marks around Gen-PWD cutoff can lends you in good nit or in any good government institute.
