Sorry to say but it is very difficult for you to get this college.

Can I get admission in MBBS 

Since you are from Maharashtra, you can get this college only under All India quota, unless you have domicile certificate of Uttarakhand.
Nevertheless, getting a seat at this score would not be possible, not even under SC category quota.
