AIIMS, New Delhi had 72 seats previously but now it has increased to 100 (Delhi)).

Most probably General category ends at rank of 45-50 because hardly anyone reject the admission after getting selected.

For Obc category, Rank closes at somewhat between 230 to 240. Becasue last time it closed at 236 or 237.
