You have very good chances for IIT like Dhanbad and IISER Thiruvanthapuram, IIpE Vishakhapatnam.

PWD cutoff this year is - 45.
Henece you have good chances.

Top 20000 ranks have good chance for all top colleges.
For top IITs your rank should be under 10000.

You can check following colleges cutoff under Jee main.
