Yes, Telangana students are eligible to participate in AP EAMCET (now called AP EAPCET) and can get admission in Andhra Pradesh engineering colleges, but with certain conditions.

Eligibility for Telangana Students in AP EAMCET Counselling:

• You must qualify AP EAMCET (which you already have).

• You are considered a Non-Local candidate under Category C (15% unreserved seats are available for non-local students).

• Admission is possible only in the unreserved quota seats in most colleges.

• You must participate in the AP EAMCET counselling process just like AP candidates.

• Keep all documents ready including Hall Ticket, Rank Card, 10th and 12th marksheets, and residency proofs.
