Dear Manish, you can appear for NEET from anywhere in the Country. But if you are enquiring about domicile, unless you hold the domicile of West Bengal, you cannot claim its State Quota. You haven't mentioned how long you have been residing in West Bengal. Neverthless, West Bengal has recently updated its domicile criteria. The present domicile norm says that either candidates seeking admission to government medical and dental colleges must be domicile of West Bengal for at least 10 years or their parents must be permanent residents of Bengal. The new rule will prevent students, who have not studied continuously for a decade at least in Bengal. Do if you haven't studied in West Bengal for atleast 10 years, you cannot claim their domicile.
