When we talk about AIIMS the game is always about the percentile you get. If you have a good percentile like something 95 and above, you can expect a seat in any Aiims depending upon your rank. But still this is the mere idea what we students have. So right now I will suggest you to keep calm and wait for results. Check your ranking and then reach to a conclusion. Don't lose heart. Be positive.
