You'll most probably get a college in the first round of state counseling only. You didn't mention your state rank but I'm assuming it to be good. Do go for all the counselings, don't miss any. You have high chances of getting a govt. medical college.

Hello Tathagat, well, you haven't stated your category and home state. It's pretty tough to give a suggestion on the basis of just your marks. But given that you have scored 563 marks which are very good, i am sure that you can easily get an MBBS seat in government college till the final round.
