You main focus should be on what you are reading in class 11 because those will be your pillars of good base.
Its good that you are serious for preparing very early and this will definitely benefit you.

First of all go through the syllabus
1. Analyse the syllabus wholly.
2. Highlight the topics which you are having no idea of , and start with them.
3. Make a routine and divide the timing for you must have focus on every thing you read either in school or elsewhere so time management is important.
4. Since you are in 11th, everything would seem to be very new to you. So start with a basic book, I would suggest for the very recommended NCERT  for physics and chemistry.
For maths, practice from R.D Sharma or RS Agarwal.
5. After completion of every chapter go through previous year question papers and try to solve them.
For physics, i would recommend you to study and practice D.C Pandey.
For chemistry NCERT+RC Mukherjee(physical), would be enough .

After, completing your syllabus, probably in the month of Dec, start giving me test series or inline mocks.

Hey,It is good to start self preparation from 11th.You can refer HC verma for physics and NCERT of chemistry is good for jee mains.RD sharma is good for mathematics.You can refer this book for good practice.irodov is also good for physics. Thank you.

Concept and you can also prefer Arihant publication for same .You can prefer universal self scorer for practicing questions .One more thing you can start your preparation from 11th and there is no need of coaching do self study only.
You can learn concepts form various online platforms and Can strengthen your Numerical portion.
