It's entirely up to you depending on which subjects you are strong in. If you are strong in physics part like in Newton law's, motions etc then you can go for Mechanical aur automobile. If you are good in electrostatics then consider taking ElectrcaEl or ECE  , and good with coding makes you perfect for CSE and IT. also you can choose chemical engineering if your proficient in chemistry.
