Dear Aman

Aman to get the IIIT Allahabad based upon your category you need to have the atleast score of 140 + in the JEE mains entrance exam such that depending upon the cuttoff for the respective branch you can be able to take the IIIT Allahabad. The cuttoff may also get vary depending upon the category wise as well branch wise cuttoff. Below the link is given through which you can able to check the cuttoff for the IIIT Allahabad.
