Please refer this link for cutoff of 2017. Based on this you can get an idea about how much you have to score to get the college. My suggestion would be to aim for stars to hit the moon. Give your best and leave the rest.

the marks can't be judged because it varies a lot every year but the rank remains almost the same...your pwd rank must be around 200.
