I would like you to know that you have 2 options
1. You may take admission through all India 15% quota
2. You need to have domicile for Maharashtra in order to take admission through 85% state quota.

If you either qualify the all India quota counselling cutoff or have a domicile of Maharashtra, you can get a college there.

With that mark,you got good chance in govt medical college in your state under the state quota.
But it will hard under the AIQ.
