Hey Sai! If you does not report to the allotted college within the date provided your seat will automatically cancelled. So don't worry about that but before applying for second round you need to think which college is best for you and which college you will get based on your rank and marks. The details regarding the second phase of counselling has been posted on the official website. Hope this may help you.
