Yes you can crack jee mains exam for top NIT campus like Trichy.

First step is to read and clearly understand to remember and learn NCERT Book for physics , chemistry and mathematics.

After NCERT , go for question bank published by arihant , op tondon , schand and all.

After question bank, try out previous year question papers. It looks easy but chapters are many and lots of scenarios are there. You will have to practice well so that you will be familiar to all those scenarios.

On the part of rank  for top branch like CSE , your rank has to be 6k for reservation category plus home state quota. For general , below 10k will be okay.
