Hello Rohit, first of all i would like to tell you that NCERT are pure gold. If you can study NCERT of all the subjects completely you can crack any entrance  examinations with ease. It is the building block for your engineering career.  I highly suggest you to read NCERT completely with devotion to get good results. I am not saying that it is enough for high level examinations like JEE Advanced but it can make your concept cryatal clear.
